The primary purpose is to support the organizations legal functions, facilitate smooth operations, and mitigate legal risks. Key accountabilitiesAI Legal Report Preparation:Verify the legal documents of the casePush these legal documents in AI System and generate the Legal Report.Verify the Legal Report from enforcement perspective.Run UAT/ Test cases in various AI tools, as and when required.2 Documentation:Draft and review loan documents (Home Loan, MSME, Rural Mobility).Handle mortgage-related matters (Registered Mortgage, Equitable Mortgage, stamp duty).Prepare general agreements (Vendor Agreements, NDAs).Vendor Management:Onboard vendors and maintain vendor master records.Manage billings for MSME and Home Loan vendors.Analyze management information system (MIS) reports.4 Coordination:Collaborate with state legal managers and the legal head.Ensure effective communication across legal teams.Centralized Compliance:Manage centralized legal activities.Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
