Over the past few years, we have built a strong clinical reputation and are now entering the next phase of growth.We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on operations leader who can help build systems, develop managers, improve accountability and create a scalable organization.This is not a corporate administrator role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, leading teams and taking ownership.The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder & CEO and Medical Director and will have a significant role in shaping the future of the organization.Role OverviewThe Head of Operations will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of our clinics and pharmacy business.The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a growing founder-led organization where systems are being continuously improved and scaled.Over time, the role has the potential to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer (COO) position. Key ResponsibilitiesClinic OperationsEnsure smooth functioning of all clinic locations.Improve patient experience and service quality.Monitor clinic productivity and operational efficiency.Standardize workflows and operational practices across centers.Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.Pharmacy OperationsOversee pharmacy operations across locations.Improve inventory control and stock management.Monitor pharmacy performance and profitability.Develop systems to improve delivery and fulfilment processes.Support future pharmacy growth initiatives.Leadership & Team ManagementLead clinic managers and operational staff.Build a strong second line of management.Coach and develop managers to become independent decision-makers.Conduct regular reviews, audits and operational meetings.Improve accountability across teams.Process ImprovementIdentify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Build scalable systems and reporting mechanisms.Introduce process improvements and automation where appropriate.Develop KPIs and operational dashboards.Founder SupportReduce dependency on the Founder for day-to-day operational decisions.Take ownership of problem-solving and execution.Escalate only strategic or high-impact issues.Drive execution of key organizational initiatives.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with HR, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success teams.Ensure alignment between departments.Support hiring, onboarding and performance management initiatives.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Success in this role will be measured by:Clinic revenue and operational performancePharmacy operational performancePatient experience and satisfactionStaff retention and team stabilitySOP implementation and complianceReduction in operational escalations to the FounderDevelopment of strong managers and team leadersSuccessful execution of strategic projectsIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience712+ years of overall experience, preferably with 35+ years in a senior operations/management role.
