The role requires strong exposure to the Agency business, advisor hiring and activation, distributor management, market mapping, and business development. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, analytical, relationship-building, and business strategy skills. Location: AgraYour Future Employer: Join a growing Life Insurance organization offering an opportunity to drive business expansion across the Agency vertical while working closely with senior management and contributing directly to business objectives. ResponsibilitiesMapping the Digit Retail Network across Broking and Agency channels based on potential. Driving GTL business through existing and new distributor networks. Delivering product training to relevant stakeholders. Hiring advisors across the non-Digit network. Meeting and onboarding advisors within the assigned location. Identifying potential advisors and activating them for business growth. Promoting central campaigns to encourage business generation. Conducting a minimum of 75 prospect calls monthly and at least 3 in-person calls daily. RequirementsHaving 2+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in Business Development within the Life Insurance industry. Possessing strong understanding of the Agency business and advisor hiring. Demonstrating experience in market mapping, advisor acquisition, activation, and distributor development. Possessing strong client and team communication skills. Demonstrating the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies. Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
