• Lead, train, and monitor showroom staff.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate inventory, warehouse, delivery, and installation.
• Maintain reports, attendance, expenses, and SOP compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field. 5–10 years of retail store management experience
