Provide frontline People Relations support across retail COCO network First point of contact for managers & employees on policy/process queries Handle intake of concerns, advise on non?reportable & direct?action issues Support workplace investigations, grievances, disciplinary & business change Manage case documentation, letters, scheduling & administrative tasks Report directly to RPR leadership with visibility into state priorities
