Never goes on calls he believes that clients or HNI profile , should come and meet this smart person in the office... As he is a very big shot... Seriously there is no professionalism at this branch... And he acts very rude to the employees and passes personal comments too.. He is not a good boss I have worked in many places but this man was the limit... I'm thankful to God that I never lost my patients with him...DislikesThere is a branch in kolkata named Bhawanipur branch where in there is a person called a Vp Mr Amit Majhi, he is an Unofficial and very very unprofessional person where in has no customer handling experience only handels the retired and have not client who are not very intelligent... I was looking forward to work well be unfortunately I can't change the system... They are just fooling the innocent retired class into insurance... Now tell me does a retired identity need an insurance policy... But to the best of my knowledge I learnt this there... I will never take any teaching from here because I take my job very seriously and I don't believe in fooling the public for an appraisal or a promotion... I was very heart broken to see these practice going on and the company should take serious steps against it as the persistency rate due to this is also being effected...
