Telesales Manager (Dealer Network Development) Location: [Ahmedabad] Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (1–3 years preferred) Industry: Building Materials — Plywood, Laminates, WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) About the Role We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telesales Manager to build and expand our dealer/distributor network across the state through telephonic outreach. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a strong telephonic presence, and the ability to convert cold calls into lasting dealer relationships — all without extensive field travel. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential dealers/distributors across the assigned state via phone, WhatsApp, and email Build a strong pipeline of leads through calling, referrals, and market databases Pitch products confidently, explain USPs, and convert leads into onboarded dealers Maintain and nurture relationships with existing dealers through regular follow-up calls Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with the field sales team for dealer visits, sample dispatch, and order execution Handle dealer queries, complaints, and basic negotiations over calls Update CRM/call logs with lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data Share regular reports on calling activity, pipeline status, and dealer additions with management Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred) 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in plywood, laminate, WPC, or allied building materials industry Strong verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/regional language as applicable] — confident, clear, and persuasive Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven work Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business) Good listening skills and ability to handle objections calmly Preferred Attributes Prior experience in telesales for plywood, laminate, or WPC trade Existing familiarity with dealer/distributor networks in the assigned state Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives
