Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, governance, stakeholder management and value realization across complex, multi-functional initiatives. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial workstreams. Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies and risks. Establish governance including RAID logs, executive updates and steering forums. Drive stakeholder alignment across business, operations, and technology teams. Manage program financials and benefits realization. Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Support transitions, knowledge transfer and stabilization phases. Identify risks and drive mitigation across functions. Qualifications 814 years experience in program management or transformation roles. Proven experience delivering cross-functional programs. Strong stakeholder and communication skills. Bachelors degree; MBA preferred. PMP / PRINCE2 preferred. Good to Have Experience in GBS / GCC environments. Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience. Exposure to global transformation programs. About the Team You will be part of a high-performing consulting team delivering large-scale transformation programs for leading global life sciences organizations. The team works across R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and enterprise functions, combining domain expertise, program management rigor and digital enablement capabilities.
