The candidate will be responsible for patient acquisition, strategic partnerships, team coordination, and improving operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop B2B partnerships with diagnostic labs, pharmacies, hospitals, IVF/fertility clinics, and healthcare providers. Identify new business opportunities and drive patient acquisition and revenue growth. Manage the end-to-end digital patient journey, including consultation bookings, follow-ups, and patient support. Manage patient-care/support teams and ensure smooth daily operations. Track leads, conversions, revenue, and key business KPIs. Work with marketing to improve lead conversion and patient acquisition. Manage and optimize CRM, sales pipeline, and operational workflows. Coordinate with product, tech, medical, and marketing teams to improve processes. Explore corporate wellness and healthcare partnership opportunities. Requirements35 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Partnerships, or Growth. Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Telehealth, Digital Health, Fertility, or Womens Health preferred. Strong B2B sales, partnership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Experience managing teams and operational processes. Good understanding of CRM, lead management, sales funnels, and business analytics. Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
