As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and hiring talented individuals for various IT positions. Your main responsibilities will include the following:- Sourcing Candidates: Use online job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for IT roles. This involves actively searching and reaching out to individuals who match the job requirements.- Screening Resumes: Review resumes to identify candidates with the right skills and experience. You will assess qualifications to shortlist applicants effectively.- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical abilities and fit for the company culture.
