GTPL is looking for Recruiter!!

Location: Piplod (Surat)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Field Sales positions across various locations.

Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.

Manage bulk/volume hiring for field-level Technical and Sales positions.

Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, notice period, and job requirements.

Coordinate interviews, technical/functional rounds, selection, salary discussions, and offer processing.

Coordinate with Business/Technical/Sales Managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.

Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, joining status, and hiring reports.

Follow up with selected candidates regularly to ensure joining and reduce offer dropouts.

Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for difficult and interior locations.

Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, local hiring campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
