Hands-on experience in handling adherent and suspension cell lines, including cell maintenance and cell banking. Proficient in GraphPad Prism, PLA Software, and MS Excel for data analysis and interpretation. Skilled in preparation and review of SOPs, STPs, protocols, and laboratory documentation. Experience in bioassay qualification, validation, and method transfer activities. Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
