Job description
Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary, reimbursement, and statutory payments. Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and labor law requirements. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll documentation. Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll reconciliation and compliance reporting. Address employee payroll queries and support audits and statutory inspections.
