Drive business development and sales for ER&D services across GCC clients. Identify, develop, and manage strategic accounts in Aerospace, Automotive, and MedTech sectors. Build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Develop sales strategies, proposals, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to provide customized solutions.
