Planning & Scheduling Lead- SPOC

Lead project planning and scheduling activities as the single point of contact (SPOC). Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve scheduling issues. Analyze project timelines, resource utilization, and performance metrics. Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and risk assessments for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project planning standards and continuous process improvement.
