This made my learning experience even more valuable. I liked the open environment, where we get free hand to discuss our thoughts/ ideas with seniors and tried for different solutions. The monthly training session - Gyanodaya - majorly based on current technology trends, domain insights and AI are amazing. Apart from this, things which I liked are the celebrations orgnaised by HR Team such as Diwali, Garba, Picnics, Nucsoft Premiere Leagues etc. Most welcome change during my tenure was making all Saturday's non working, except 3rd Saturday.
