As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:- Recruitment and Selection: You will assist in the recruitment process, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to help identify the right candidates for various positions.- Employee Onboarding: You will help in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and informed about their roles.- Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records will be crucial.
