Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web/applications. Identify, log, track, and verify bugs with clear reproduction steps. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues and improve product quality. Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices.
