Chartered Accountant - Full Time

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 9 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.- Tax Compliance: Manage all aspects of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to avoid penalties.- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance to guide strategic decisions.- Audit Management: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring all financial processes meet regulatory requirements and best practices.- Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance internal control systems to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.- Advisory Role: Provide expert financial advice to management on various matters, contributing to informed business decisions.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to generate reports and presentations effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
