As a CRM Executive, your primary role will be to manage customer relationships and improve satisfaction levels through effective communication and support.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure accurate records are available for analysis and follow-up actions.- Support Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing solutions or guidance, to enhance their overall experience with the company.- Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, aiding in strategic decision-making.- Coordinate Marketing Activities: Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions, ensuring that the right messages reach the right audience.- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services through surveys or direct interactions, helping to inform product development.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree, preferably in a relevant field.
