Madurai( Madurai Main ), Indore( Chhoti Gwaltoli ), Jodhpur( Ratanada )Posted: 3 weeks agoOpenings: 5Applicants: 100+Hotel ManagerCosmopolitan HotelsJob descriptionRole & responsibilities : Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day hotel/resort operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Drive sales, marketing, business development, and revenue-generation initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event partners, and other business stakeholders.Handle client interactions, guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.Monitor room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, reservations, and overall property profitability.Oversee front office, reservations, housekeeping, room facilities, guest services, and other operational departments.Ensure rooms, public areas, and guest facilities are maintained to the required standards.Lead, motivate, and manage the hotel team to deliver consistent service quality.Manage manpower planning, sourcing, recruitment, deployment, and staffing requirements in coordination with management/HR.Conduct regular training, grooming, and performance development programs for staff.Establish and maintain SOPs for hotel operations, service standards, hygiene, grooming, and guest handling.Monitor departmental performance, operational costs, and resource utilization.Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, operational efficiency, sales, and profitability.Coordinate with management to prepare and implement business plans, budgets, sales strategies, and operational targets.Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company policies.Prepare and share regular reports on operations, revenue, occupancy, sales, manpower, guest feedback, and overall property performance.Preferred candidate profile : Qualification: Bachelors Degree/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.Experience: 712 years of relevant experience in hotel/resort property operations, preferably with experience handling overall property operations or a senior management role.Candidates should have demonstrated experience in operations, sales, revenue generation, team handling, and guest relationship management.
