Roles & Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Prepare detailed project execution plans , Manage daily operations at the site and ensure progress as per schedule. Make proper Client bill details and bills format, Team Supervision: Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor workforce, Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely material and service delivery, Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, site productivity, and costs, Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management/client Quality & Safety Assurance : Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety protocols, Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively. Client & Stakeholder Interaction : Maintain strong communication with clients and consultants, Handle site meetings, inspections, and project updates. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain site documentation, material receipts, labor records, and daily logs, Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, environmental norms, etc.)
