Sales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, explaining real estate projects, conducting site visits, regular follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate and handle potential customer leads. Make calls and follow up with prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities. Arrange and coordinate client meetings and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up with leads regularly and work towards conversion. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Maintain daily sales activity and lead records. Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and convincing ability. Strong follow-up skills. Positive and target-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM preferred.
