The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and an interest in real estate sales.Key Responsibilities Handle and follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Generate and convert leads into successful sales. Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM. Explain property details, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits to customers. Coordinate with the sales team for property visits and meetings. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain daily activity and EOD reports.Who Can Apply? Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Graduates from any stream. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Real Estate are preferred. Good verbal communication and convincing skills. Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups. Self-motivated, confident and customer-focused.
