Guide customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. Explain product features, lens options, pricing, offers, and warranties. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve individual and store sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell eyewear products, lens upgrades, and accessories. Promote ongoing offers, membership programs, and eye-checkup services. Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and service needs. Product KnowledgeMaintain thorough knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, coatings, and current trends. Stay updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns. Store OperationsEnsure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards. Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store. Billing & TransactionsProcess customer purchases accurately using the POS system. Handle payments, exchanges, and returns as per company policy. Eye Care SupportCoordinate customer appointments for eye tests. Assist optometrists and customers during the consultation process when required. Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach. Sales and persuasion skills. Basic computer and POS system knowledge. Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment. Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
