Field Sales Manager - Managed Farmlands / Residential Plots. We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager with 4–5 years of sales experience , preferably in real estate, managed farmland, or land sales, to sell our managed farmland projects. Responsibilities Call leads and convert prospects into customers. Conduct site visits and explain project features, benefits, and investment potential. Build strong relationships with prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records. Requirements 4–5 years of real estate sales experience (Must have). MBA or Post-Graduate Education Excellent English communication skills . Must know car driving and hold a valid driving licence. Must be willing to work weekends . Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Willingness to travel for site visits. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: ₹50,000 per month Attractive commission on sales 5-day work week , with weekend work mandatory (weekly off on weekdays). Lunch provided at the workplace. Company car provided for project-site transportation. Location: Bengaluru / Chikkaballapur Experience: 4–5 years Employment: Full-time
