Telesales Executive

Job Description – Telecalling Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services and communicate their benefits clearly. Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service information. Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Convert qualified leads into successful sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead status to the reporting manager. RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and polite telephone communication. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Ability to convince and negotiate with customers. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
