Tech (Civil/Mechanical) or EquivalentRole Summary:We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer with strong expertise in both uPVC Window Designing and Cost Estimation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in EVA/Window Maker Software and AutoCAD 2D, with the ability to prepare technical designs, costing, BOQs/BOMs, and provide technical support to the Sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign uPVC windows and doors using EVA/Window Maker Software and AutoCAD 2D. Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, BOMs, quotations, and material optimization. Develop new profile/system designs as per customer and project requirements. Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. Perform structural analysis and wind load calculations for project requirements. Coordinate with Sales, Fabrication, Production, and Installation teams for smooth project execution. Provide technical support, value engineering solutions, and product recommendations. Conduct product training, prepare technical presentations (PPTs), and deliver presentations to internal teams, customers, and fabricators. Mandatory SkillsHands-on experience in EVA/Window Maker Software (Mandatory) AutoCAD 2D (Mandatory) uPVC Window & Door Designing Cost Estimation & Quotation Preparation BOQ & BOM Preparation Material Optimization New Profile/System Designing Structural & Wind Load Calculations Technical Documentation & Shop Drawings Presentation & Training Skills Desired Candidate Profile:Mandatory experience in both Window Designing and Cost Estimation. Mandatory working knowledge of EVA/Window Maker Software and AutoCAD 2D. 3-6 years of experience in the uPVC/Fenestration/Aluminium industry. Strong understanding of profile systems, fabrication, project costing, BOQ/BOM preparation, and material optimization.
