We supply distributors, dealers and retailers across multiple states. THE JOB IN ONE LINE Every rupee you negotiate off a purchase rate is profit we keep. That is the heart of this job. WHAT YOU WILL DO A customer needs 200 litres of a product we don't stock. You have two hours. You start calling dealers — Indore first, then Dewas, Bhopal, and out of state — until you find who is holding it. You find out the rate, the batch and the expiry. Then you bring the rate down. Then you get it dispatched and chase the LR until it moves. - Source products from manufacturers, distributors and dealers across India when they are not in our stock - Negotiate rates, quantities and dispatch timelines with suppliers - Compare offers on landed cost — rate, GST, freight, quantity, batch, expiry and payment terms together, not headline rate alone - Use every lever, not just price: quantity slabs, freight, credit period, short-expiry discounts, and the next order - Coordinate dispatch with suppliers and transporters, and share LR and tracking with the team - Handle returns and supplier debit notes until they are fully recovered - Build and grow your own supplier network, and bring back suppliers who go inactive - Keep purchase records updated in Excel and our ERP, and send daily updates WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome. We are not looking for someone who has already done purchase. We are looking for someone who can hold their ground on a phone call with a dealer who does not want to move on price. If you have that, we will teach you the products in six weeks. - Graduate in any stream. Final-year students may apply. - 0–5 years. Experience in purchase, sales, collections, recovery, counter sales or running your own small business all count. - Confident on the phone in Hindi. Working English for email and WhatsApp. - Organised, and follows up without being reminded. - Agri-inputs, FMCG or pharma distribution experience is a plus, not a requirement. HOW WE SELECT You will be tested on negotiation, live, on the first call. We will play a dealer who does not want to reduce his rate, and you will have to move us. No written exam, no aptitude test. If you can negotiate, your CV matters far less to us than it does elsewhere. WHAT WE OFFER - Salary: Freshers Rs 14,000–17,000. Experienced Rs 20,000–28,000. - Incentive on savings — beat the target rate on a purchase and you share the difference. Good negotiators earn well above the band. - Hybrid after your first 3 months: 2 days a week in our Indore office, rest from home. First 90 days are full-time in office so we can train you properly. - Work directly with the founders, with real ownership of a desk. - Pan-India exposure across a large supplier and buyer network. - Career-break returners welcome.
