They are like, they put a lot of pressure on the work, and the rules and regulations, they create new ones. For example, you have to come at 8:00 in the morning. Actually, you have to come at 9:30. They say you have to come at 8:00 and you have to stay until 6:30 in the evening. If you don't work, they say you shouldn't put in attendance. They put their own rules. If you put in attendance, they tell you to do more work. Like this, they put so much pressure on everyone and don't let anyone be. So, I have been having a lot of trouble like this. So, that's why I am giving SBI Cap a low rating.
