Urgent Requirement For Junior Sales Executive

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience in accounting and finance who is eager to grow in this field.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system to ensure that all data is up to date and easily accessible.- Assist with Month-End Closures: Support the accounts team during month-end closure processes, ensuring all entries are complete, and reconcile accounts as needed.- Prepare Financial Reports: Help create regular financial statements and reports to provide insights into the companys financial status to management and stakeholders.- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable: Monitor incoming payments and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any discrepancies.- Coordinate with Internal Departments: Work closely with other teams, such as Sales and Operations, to gather necessary financial information and resolve queries.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as accuracy is vital in financial reporting.
