The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding, attendance, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries. Support payroll and other HR-related activities. Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures. Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
