Performance Optimization: Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through profiling and tuning.5. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.6. Security: Implement security and data protection measures across backend services.7. Agile Practices: Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions to drive continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Years of experience in Python backend development.2. Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.3. Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems: SQL/NoSQL , PostgreSQL, MongoDB.4. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.5. Experience with Kubernetes, CI, CD pipelines, and cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.6. Understanding of asynchronous programming, caching strategies, and message queues: Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka.7. Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools.8. Proficiency in unit testing and mocking frameworks.9. Domain Expertise: Backend Architecture: Microservices, API gateways, service orchestration.10. Data Management: Structured and unstructured data handling, schema design.11.
