Technical Support Engineer

Company: Aadhya Ventureprise Position: Technical Support Engineer Location: RT Nagar -Bengaluru Job Summary Aadhya Ventureprise is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Air Distribution Products (ADP) and HVAC sensors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, product selection, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Air Distribution Products (ADP) and HVAC sensors. Assist the sales team in selecting the right product models based on project requirements. Prepare technical submittals, product selections, and compliance documents. Carry out commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites. Support customers during installation and resolve technical issues. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications. Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal teams. Maintain records of technical issues, commissioning reports, and customer feedback. Travel to customer locations whenever required. Required Qualifications Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or HVAC-related discipline. 2–3 years of experience in HVAC technical support, commissioning, or application engineering. Knowledge of air distribution products, HVAC controls, and sensors. Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications. Good communication and customer handling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bike Required Mandtory Preferred Skills Experience with HVAC projects, BMS, and control systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Willingness to travel across South India. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely technical support to customers and sales team. Accurate product selection and technical documentation. Successful commissioning of projects. Quick resolution of customer technical issues. High customer satisfaction and support quality.
