The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React JS. Develop and maintain native Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin. Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Ensure adherence to best practices in security, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience 6-12 years of overall experience in software development. 2+ years of experience in mobile application development (Android). 3+ years of experience in React JS development. Strong hands-on experience with React JS, including: Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand, component-based architecture, and performance optimization techniques. Strong experience in Android Native development: Java and/or Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components, MVVM/MVP architecture. Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with Git and modern version control practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Espresso, etc.).
