Sales & Marketing Executive – Institutional Sales We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive institutional sales of Cement, Steel, Putty, and other construction materials in the Lucknow market . Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and generate institutional sales opportunities across Lucknow. Visit and build strong relationships with Builders, Architects, Contractors, Developers, and construction companies . Pitch and promote our range of Cement, Steel, Putty, and construction materials . Identify new customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentation to order closure and follow-up. Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long-term business relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups. Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in construction material, cement, steel, putty, building materials, or institutional sales preferred. Strong network with Builders, Contractors, Architects, and Developers in Lucknow will be an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel within Lucknow for customer meetings and business development. Knowledge of the local construction and building-material market will be preferred.
