Detailed Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing complex SQL scripts, customizing Oracle EBS Forms and Reports, resolving production issues, and delivering reliable technical solutions for enterprise applications.The role requires close collaboration with functional teams, DBAs, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements, perform impact analysis, develop solutions, and ensure successful testing and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop complex SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting across Oracle EBS modules. Optimize SQL queries to improve query performance, scalability, and resource utilization for high-volume transactional workloads. Configure and customize Oracle EBS Forms, including validation logic and user interface enhancements. Develop and enhance Oracle EBS Reports to provide accurate and timely business information. Perform detailed impact analysis for change requests involving database objects, EBS Forms, and Reports. Conduct unit testing and support functional testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. Provide production support for SQL and Oracle EBS-related incidents. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable fixes for production issues. Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering SQL logic, EBS Formsconfigurations, and Report structures. Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work with Database Administrators (DBAs) on query performance, indexing strategies, and deployment activities. Support data migration and data cleansing activities using controlled SQL scripts and validation queries. Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions while following organizational development standards. Support minor release deployments and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. 4.
