Job Description – Picker & Packer (Blinkit) Job Title: Picker & Packer Company: Blinkit Job Location: Multiple Stores Across Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Gender: Male & Female Qualification: Any Qualification (10th Pass / PUC / Diploma / Graduate) Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply Roles & ResponsibilitiesPick products accurately from store shelves as per customer orders. Pack items carefully to ensure safe and damage-free delivery. Verify product quantity and quality before packing. Arrange and replenish stock on shelves when required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store. Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with the store team to ensure timely order processing. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. EligibilityMinimum Age: 18 Years Basic reading and communication skills. Physically fit to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate loads during the shift. Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. Team player with a positive attitude. Shift Details9-hour rotational shift (including break). One weekly off.
