Job Description – Logistics Executive Department: Logistics Industry: Automobile / Vehicle Scrapping Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Executive manage and coordinate the end-to-end movement of old/end-of-life vehicles from customers, dealers, and channel partners to the designated vehicle scrapping facility (RVSF). Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate vehicle pickup and transportation as per scheduled requirements. * Plan and assign vehicles/drivers for timely pickup and delivery. * Coordinate with customers, drivers, yard teams, and internal operations teams. * Track vehicle movement and maintain daily logistics records. * Ensure proper documentation during vehicle pickup and delivery. * Coordinate vehicle entry, unloading, and movement within the RVSF/yard. * Monitor pickup status, delays, and operational issues and escalate when required. * Maintain records of vehicle pickups, deliveries, and pending movements. * Ensure vehicles are transported safely and in accordance with company procedures. * Support the operations team in maintaining smooth vehicle scrapping logistics. Required Skills: * Good communication and coordination skills. * Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation operations. * Good follow-up and problem-solving ability. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. * Ability to coordinate with drivers and field teams. * Good documentation and record-keeping skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Eligibility * Experience: 1–3 years in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Operations, Automobile, or related fields. * Candidates with experience in vehicle pickup, fleet coordination, automobile logistics, or RVSF operations will be preferred. * Education:Graduate preferred. * Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred.
