There is no time to go home in this company. Lots of politics in Bancassurance and the company has a mentality to not give any incentive as it increases target every quarter. And after all this the increment is really low. There is no chance of promotion without the blessing of managers as it is not performance based, it is based on buttering. Ctc is very low with lots of criteria to claim TA.
