An experienced Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in Contract Staffing / Contract Hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in contract staffing and contract hiring

Source, screen and shortlist candidates for contract positions

Experience working on IT contract requirements

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure quick closures

Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and joining formalities

Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

Work closely with clients / BDMs to understand requirements

Meet recruitment TAT and closure targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
