Job description
Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS and push notifications Support customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and targeted marketing activities Track campaign metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions and engagement Coordinate with content, design, product and analytics teams for campaign execution Maintain CRM data, prepare reports and support A/B testing and campaign optimization
