Develop and implement quality systems, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable industry/customer standards. Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality issues. Analyze defects, customer complaints, and process deviations. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor PPM, rejection, rework, and customer complaint metrics. Conduct internal, external, supplier, and customer audits. Manage Supplier Quality and supplier performance improvement activities. Review inspection reports and ensure proper quality documentation. Establish and monitor KPIs and quality objectives. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using 8D, PDCA, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
