ML Engineer**Experience:** 6-8 Years**Engagement:** C2C**Location:**Bangalore## Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced **ML Engineer** with strong expertise in **Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Microsoft Azure**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models and AI agents, developing scalable ML pipelines, and orchestrating agentic workflows using Azure Data and AI platforms.## Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain scalable **machine learning pipelines** and integrate them with **Azure ML**.* Design and implement **agentic AI workflows** and intelligent AI agents using LLMs, planning, and decision-making frameworks.* Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models using **TensorFlow, PyTorch**, or similar frameworks.* Design secure, scalable, and production-ready AI agent architectures for cross-platform applications.* Work extensively with **Microsoft Azure**, including **Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry**.* Build and experiment with **Generative AI models, LLMs, and agentic workflows**.* Implement AI agent **safety, guardrails, evaluation, and monitoring mechanisms**.* Improve agent performance through feedback loops, reinforcement learning, and user interaction analysis.* Collaborate across backend, ML pipeline, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.* Support deployment architecture, model serving, monitoring, and productionization of AI systems.* Conduct research and performance evaluation to improve agent conversation, decision-making, adaptability, and reliability.* Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI solutions in a startup-style environment.* Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to deliver production-grade AI systems.## Required Qualifications* 6-8 years of experience in **Machine Learning / AI Engineering**.* Strong programming skills in **Python**.* Hands-on experience with **TensorFlow, PyTorch**, or equivalent ML frameworks.* Proven experience developing and deploying **machine learning models and AI agents**.* Strong hands-on experience with **Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI**.* Strong expertise in **Microsoft Azure** and Azure AI/Data platforms.* Experience with **Azure ML, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry**.* Experience with **ML pipelines, deployment architecture, and production AI systems**.* Understanding of AI agent orchestration, evaluation, safety, and guardrails.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.## Good to Have* Experience with **reinforcement learning and agent feedback mechanisms**.* Experience building AI solutions for **security or enterprise applications**.* Knowledge of LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, RAG, and model optimization.* Experience working across backend services, APIs, and frontend integrations.## Key Skills**Must Have:** Python Azure ML GenAI/LLM Agentic AI TensorFlow/PyTorch Azure Databricks/Fabric/AI Foundry ML Pipelines AI Agent Deployment**Good to Have:** Reinforcement Learning RAG Prompt Engineering AI Safety & Guardrails LLM EvaluationExperience6 - 8 YearsNo. of Openings4EducationGraduateRoleML EngineerIndustry TypeIT Services & ConsultingGender[ Male / Female ]Job CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from Office
