We are looking for motivated BBA and MBA students who want to gain practical exposure to HR operations, HR processes and HR technology.

This internship is designed for students who want to go beyond classroom learning and understand how HR work is performed using an HR application and real-world workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Learning

During the internship, you will get practical exposure to:

Recruitment & candidate sourcing

Resume screening

Interview coordination

Employee onboarding

Employee records

Attendance & leave management

HR documentation

HR reports

HRMS/HRIS workflows

Practical HR assignments

Using an HR application for HR processes

Who Can Apply?

Only candidates currently pursuing:

BBA

MBA

MBA – HR specialization is preferred

We are looking for students who are:

Interested in building a career in HR

Willing to learn practical HR processes

Comfortable working with HR software

Good at communication and coordination

Serious about gaining practical experience

Ready to complete assigned HR tasks and projects
