Job description

Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation and customer onboarding projects. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients. Configure software platforms based on customer requirements. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams. Conduct customer training and drive platform adoption. Monitor project progress, resolve implementation issues, and ensure successful handoffs. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.
