Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. Analyse data to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps. Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate information. Maintain databases and update records regularly. Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes wherever possible. Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as per management requirements. Ensure the confidentiality and security of business data.Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field. 36 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or a similar role. Advanced Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other Excel formulas Data validation and conditional formatting Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.
