Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Maintain DISA molding machines, sand plants and induction furnaces. Inspect motors, pumps, gearboxes and conveyors. Reduce equipment downtime through root cause analysis. Follow TPM, 5S and safety standards. Maintain maintenance records and spare inventory.
