You will perform all required controls, validations, and compliance checks to ensure loans/lease applications are processed to the highest standards before activation and payout.The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders. Successful candidates will develop into subject matter experts while supporting DLL's customer-first approach and digital transformation journey. Day to Day Responsibilities: Support origination of leases/loans (Review of customer documents, KYC and bank details. Obtain all missing information and resolve all discrepancies). Receive and process incoming applications, documentation and quote requests, and enter, validate credit conditions. Prepare contracts and corresponding documents, liaise with all relevant parties involved and follow up on outstanding approved deals.Validate deal structures, pricing, and approvals per company policiesReview executed contracts for completeness, accuracy, and complianceEnsure all post sanction documents are checked, and pre-disbursement requirements (KYC, documentation, approvals) are fulfilledProcess contracts in internal systems for timely activationCoordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and delays Regular interaction with customers/counterparts/stakeholders regarding service quality and turnaround time. Maintain good interpersonal relations with colleagues. Focus on Quality and First Time Right approach. Execute and support process improvement initiatives. Handle operational tasks, including non-standard activities and customer queries. Provide operational support to sales teams and assist in resolving queries. Ensure compliance with defined processes, policies, and documentation standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities. Essentials: • Strong administrative and organizational skills.• Ability to work accurately within a fast-paced environment.• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems• Effective communication and coordination abilities. • Basic understanding of operations and sales support processes. • Attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Experience:4 to 7 years of experience in lending operations, sales support, or shared services. Exposure to process improvement initiatives or projects is an advantage. Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred. Knowledge of compliance, fraud prevention, or customer due diligence processes.Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
