Configure and customize Avature ATS/CRM workflows, forms, permissions, and automation. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Avature solutions. Manage testing, UAT, troubleshooting, enhancements, and implementation activities. Support integrations, documentation, and post-go-live system operations. Collaborate with clients, HR/TA teams, and technical stakeholders on solution delivery
